Just a sampling of what industry has to say about us.
We are a small CNC shop in Statesville, North Carolina. Since we began operating less than a year ago we hadn’t really experienced all the benefits of Barefoot CNC and how smart and well trained the staff is until a few weeks ago. Calls would be made on occasion to get help troubleshooting, but that help was nothing compared to what we experienced over the last 10 days. Our little startup had a devastating blow when our only machinist left without warning. The three of us were forced to pick up the pieces, keep the machines running and get jobs out the door which is challenging when you work a full-time job during the day. Programming isn’t in our DNA, but Jimmy (Wakeford) assured us that he and his staff would NOT let us fail and would do all they could to help us weather the storm and they did just that! For over a week we had up to three Barefoot staff members (Jason, Jeremy & Jamie) at one time helping with programing, setup and getting the machines going. Jason and Jeremy even came on their own time on a Saturday, which quite frankly is unheard of these days and we greatly appreciate them for all they did and words can’t express our gratitude towards them.
Barefoot CNC is definitely not a 9-5 operation. We can say from experience they answered our calls & emails at night and on the weekend and were always willing to help. It’s as if they had a crystal ball because they knew right away what our issues were and helped fix them right then and there. They are extremely professional yet friendly enough you can ask them anything and I have to say Jeremy is a terrific teacher. For those that might be on the fence about what Cad/Cam software to choose there is no doubt we’d recommend Mastercam and Barefoot CNC. I would say with certainty other companies would probably not have given three small business owners in Statesville the time of day that the staff at Barefoot did, but that proved to us that it’s not just our money they want – they want a relationship that lasts. We are not out of the water yet, but we’re a lot wiser and smarter and know that when needed, we can depend on Barefoot to help grow our business.
The training very beneficial to our needs here at Clemson. We are planning to take more training
classes in the future. Thanks a lot for your help.
Precision Machinist, Engineer Associate

This class allowed an open environment for learning at a pace that suits any Mastercam level. This class also gave many details and procedures that apply in and manufacturing or business setting. I enjoyed the format and would love future information on classes for different techniques and procedures in Mastercam.

“Barefoot CNC was very quick to respond and provided a clear solution to our problem. Jason Parks, in particular, was very knowledgeable of the software and assisted on the implementation for our company. I am confident in reaching out to them again for any of our MasterCAM needs.”

“Attended training at Barefoot CNC for Mill Level 1. Needed special one on one training and help on the particular type of parts that I will be programing and trainers were very accommodating. Show(ed) me several ways of approaching the job and how to adjust tool paths as needed. Trainers were very knowledgeable about their product and continue to assist as needed. Great job.”
“Rowan Cabarrus Community College recently purchase a Master 3D Gage from Barefoot CNC. They were very easy to work with and the money we save from their educational discount helped proved our student with tooling for our CNC machines. This is a great example of local business putting education first. Also there customer support is 2nd to none. My phone calls or emails were always returned within the hour and the knowledgeable staff made choosing the right equipment for our needs easy and fun. Thanks to Barefoot CNC our students will have a state of the art CMM as well as tooling to create parts for inspection.””
